How Buffalo Projects publishes jobs and events
Every public fact should be traceable to a credited source. Missing facts stay missing, and thin pages are kept out of the sitemap.

Collect
Jobs come from credited employer career pages, official public sources, programs, staffing agencies, and local boards. Events come from the named organizer or a public organizer listing.

Normalize without guessing
Titles, locations, pay, work mode, employment type, dates, and source links are stored only when the published source supports them. Unknown is kept as unknown.

Check freshness
The jobs snapshot records when each opening was checked and whether it was observed directly, checked at its source, or temporarily retained after a source failure.

Control indexing
A job detail page is submitted for indexing only when it has at least seven useful source-backed facts. Employer, city, and sector collections need at least three current openings. Event pages need a future date.

Send people to the owner
Applications and event confirmations happen at the credited source. Buffalo Projects does not represent the employer or organizer.
Limits
A current label means the listing met the snapshot’s publication rules when checked; it does not guarantee that an employer or organizer has not changed the source since then. Coverage is broad, not exhaustive. The credited source is always final authority.
