  • Reports To: Service Manager
  • Location: Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, NY
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Base Wage: $62,353.20-$67,600/yr.
  • Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $70,000 – $150,000/yr.

As a Body Shop Manager for West Herr, you’ll be in a position to direct the activities of body shop employees in performing repairs while managing insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources. In doing so, you’ll also:
