Digital Production Specialist, University Advancement

The Division of University Advancement is seeking a detail-driven Digital Production Specialist to support email marketing and digital communications that connect alumni and donors to UB’s mission. In this role, you’ll help execute and optimize campaigns that advance student success, research, and philanthropic impact across the university.

**Key responsibilities include:
**

• Bring email campaigns to life by building and deploying effective Marketing Cloud campaigns, using journeys, dynamic content, and templates to drive engagement and support divisional goals.
• Turn data into actionable insight by analyzing campaign performance, developing reports for stakeholders, and using trends and testing (A/B, predictive scoring) to continuously improve outreach strategies.
• Partner across the division by supporting schools and units with their email communications, managing data requests, and collaborating with Advancement Communications, Application Support, and data teams to ensure coordinated, effective campaigns.
• Support a dynamic digital presence by serving as backup for website and social media updates and contributing to a cohesive, high-impact online experience for UB’s audiences.
